All appointments require a $25 Deposit to secure your appointment. You can cancel and you can reschedule. But if you did a No Show/No Call that would leave our groomer without a client and with out a opportunity to fill the spot. We kindly ask for you to let us know if you cannot make it so that we may give that appointment to someone waiting on our Wait List. We will keep your deposit if there is a No Call/No Show otherwise your deposit will be applied to your scheduled grooming appointment.

Appointments can be canceled up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to receive a deposit refund. Moral: Don't want to loose $25 bucks? CALL US if you can't make it, even if its the day of.

*** We Require PROMPT PICK UP. We will give you a 15-20 minute notice that your pet will be ready in 15-20 minutes. If you need more time please let us know. Any pet left more than a hour with us is too long and will be charged $10 per hour additional. Excessive barkers will be charged $20 per hour. We are not a doggy daycare facility.
