AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Fundamental training is designed to teach your dog the foundations to being a great companion. S.T.A.R. stands for Socialization, Training, Activity, and Responsibility. And that’s not just for puppies but for their owners too.

NOTE: All dogs are required to be fully vaccinated and in good health upon training. All dogs ages 4-12 months of age are welcome to begin training immediately. Owner must provide some form of puppy identification.

Through this 6 week course your pup will gain confidence with other people and dogs by learning how to stay calm and relaxed in any enviornment. We will use techniques to prevent aggression through positive reinforcement. Your dog will learn how to handle distractions, and tolerate grooming without anxiety. By the end of the six weeks, your pup will know how to walk on a leash and understand core commands such as sit, down, come, stay & more.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
5 ONE-ON-ONE CLASSES ON LEASH
INCLUDES:
- CGC Test & Equipment
Through the one on one training your pup will get private instruction to gain the confidence in crowded areas, help with separation anxiety. We will teach your dog how to stay attentive with distractions and implement proper socialization with other dogs and people. By the end of the 5 one on one classes your pup will know commands such as heel, sit, stay, down, come, okay & more!
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
5 ONE-ON-ONE CLASSES ON/OFF LEASH
INCLUDES:
- AKC Community Canine Test
Through the one on one training your pup will get private instruction to learn how to walk and recall while off leash. We will help your dog gain the confidence in crowded areas, car etiquette and greeting strangers. We will teach your dog how to ignore distractions and follow instructions. Your dog will learn how to remain calm during a long period of time around others. By the end of the 5 one on one classes your pup will know commands such as heel, sit, stay, down, come, okay & more!
