2. **Await Confirmation:** Given the mobile nature of our service and the logistics of travel, we review your request in the context of our existing appointments and locations.

We strive to send a confirmation TEXT within 24-72 hours after your request.

3. **Flexible Timing:** Due to the unique challenges of mobile services, the arrival time of our luxury travel spaw may vary. We may arrive **1 to 2 hours before or after your requested appointment time** based on our schedule and travel considerations.

4. **Appointment Confirmation:** Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation TEXT from us. That TEXT will confirm the actual time frame for our arrival, taking into account our travel and service schedule for the day.
